Renewed Tier 1 Supplier To EADS Group
As a direct result of customer satisfaction, January sees us awarded renewal of our tier 1 status for the supply of services to EADS group companies through to the end of 2013.
This follows an extensive rationalisation activity by the European Aerospace and Defence group to streamline their supply chain and focus on a smaller number of key suppliers.
Having been a tier 1 supplier to Airbus over many years, this contract renewal expands our provision of PLM, Software Engineering and Training services to all divisions of EADS across Europe.
Combining our software and enterprise performance capabilities with the aeronautical engineering skills from across Altran, now provides the EADS group with a unique partner for development and implementation of innovative processes and tools.
EADS is the worlds 3rd largest supplier to the Aerospace and Defence sector with business units including Airbus, Astrium, Eurocopter and Defence & Security.
Products include the Airbus A380, Ariane Launchers & EC145 Helicopter.
