Xype becomes Airbus 'Approved Training Partner'
On Tuesday (9th October 2007) Xype was awarded 'ATP' (Approved Training Partner) status by Airbus.
Starting in January 2008, Xype Training will begin provision of Accredited courses to the Airbus supply chain in design and engineering systems.
Our experienced trainers who already provide much of the existing Airbus training will be delivering these courses from our new training centre directly outside the Airbus UK main gate utilising our direct network connection to the Airbus systems.
Courses will cover the basics of design engineering applications such as Catia V5, Catia V4 and Primes (Airbus Windchill based PDM system), through to more advanced courses such as Catia V5 Electrical and Composites design.
In order to obtain Accreditation, courses not only cover application basics, but also methodology based training to ensure suitability to the Airbus methods.
