All engineers are pre-qualified before representing us by one or more of the directors to ensure they have the required experience for your project and are 'customer facing'.
We aren't a 'bums-on-seats' company and prefer to provide experienced, flexible engineers with both specialist and broad skills so they integrate into your team well.
Their experiences include IBM, PTC, Dassault Systemes, CSC, Computervision, Airbus, Hamilton Sundstrand, Bombardier and so on, working on a variety of projects from engineering design & manufacture to software specification, development, management and implementation.
You may have noticed we prefer to call all our team, 'engineers'. That's because we think the grand titles from your more traditional companies can (sometimes) simply be used to justify higher rates than be indicative of skills or value to you. We would rather you employed us on what we can do than what we are called.
Competing with the traditional IT suppliers very well and providing engineers of comparable or better experience, we extend our simple approach to our employees, continually attracting the best of the industry specialists.
